Who we are

This website is operated by Reparaciones Herliczka S.L. (trading as Herlic Components), Calle Riu Vinalopo 5, 03778 Beniarbeig, Alicante, Spain. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

For any question about this policy or about your personal data, write to luciano@herliccomponents.com.

What we collect, and why

Contact form. When you send an enquiry we collect what you enter: first name, last name, company, type of enquiry, email address and your message. We use it only to read and answer your enquiry.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, to keep the site secure and available.

We do not use analytics, advertising or visitor-tracking services on this website, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Legal basis

We process contact-form data in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security and availability of the site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries reach us by email and are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any business relationship that follows. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted once they are no longer relevant. This website does not store your enquiry in its own database.

Who else may process your data

We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Website hosting – our hosting provider stores this website and its server logs.
  • Email delivery – Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) delivers messages sent from this website.
  • Content delivery networks – some scripts and styles load from unpkg.com, cdnjs.cloudflare.com and img1.wsimg.com. When your browser requests those files, your IP address is transmitted to those providers.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. WordPress may set functional cookies – for example to remember a language preference, or to keep a session active for someone logged in to administer the site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to luciano@herliccomponents.com.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos (aepd.es), or with the supervisory authority in your own country.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date shown at the top.
