Herlic Components exhibited at Automechanika Frankfurt 2026, held from 8 to 12 September 2026. The fair is one of the leading international events for the automotive service industry.
The company presented its range of electronics for Bosch VP30 and VP44 injection pumps with PSG5 control units:
- HC-PSG5: new replacement control unit for the PSG5 module. It is adjusted in the same way as the original and is compatible with EPS 815 bench procedures.
- HC-VCI: Bluetooth diagnostic interface for PSG5 pumps. It reads and clears fault codes, adjusts the stored idle calibration and unlocks locked Ford pump control units.
- HC-Bench: system that converts an existing test bench to automatic operation, with standardised test sequences and a documented report for each pump.
The fair provided the opportunity to meet workshops, distributors and remanufacturing specialists from across Europe, and to review their applications and test-bench processes.
