Bench testing is where a remanufactured pump earns trust. HC-Bench converts an existing manual-control test bench to automatic operation — it runs standardized test sequences on diesel injection pumps and prints a documented report for every unit.
The problem with manual testing
Run by hand, a bench test is slow, depends on the operator, and often leaves no record. Two technicians can test the same pump slightly differently, and when the unit ships there is rarely a document that says exactly what was measured. For a workshop that wants to stand behind its work, that is a gap.
What HC-Bench is
HC-Bench is a retrofit: a kit plus software that adds automatic operation to a manual-control test bench you already own — including the imported benches widely used in diesel workshops. Rather than replacing your equipment, it drives it, turning a manual procedure into a repeatable, automated one.
Automated test sequences
HC-Bench runs standardized sequences on diesel injection pumps, applying the same steps and the same conditions every time. The result does not depend on who is running the bench, so a pump tested today and one tested next month are measured the same way.

Supported benches and pumps
HC-Bench retrofits manual-control test benches — including the imported benches common in diesel workshops. It is built for manual benches rather than Bosch automated benches, and it supports PSG5-equipped Bosch VP30 and VP44 pumps — 110 part numbers, against the original Bosch factory test plans.
